West Mercia Police officers have conducted an extensive search after blood and a smashed phone were discovered at a Herefordshire beauty spot.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“We received a report from a dog walker in the area who came across a quantity of blood, a smashed phone and a trainer. Due to the concern for the person(s) that may have been injured, Police carried out a search of the area using some of their specialist teams including the Police search dogs and Helicopter.
“Fortunately after making enquiries, officers were able to track down the injured person and we are happy to report that he is safe and well.”
