Gwent Police have arrested a man from Hereford following suspicious activity outside a property in Llanellen near Abergavenny overnight.
Officers from Monmouthshire arrested the individual who was the passenger in a vehicle and was already wanted for a burglary in Abergavenny earlier in the year.
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said:
“Suspicious vehicle outside a farm yard stopped in the Llanellen area tonight. The passenger turned out to be wanted for a farm burglary in Abergavenny earlier in the year.
“The man, from the Hereford area was arrested and remains in custody for questioning.”
