Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the A49 in Herefordshire last night (28 August).
The collision occurred just before 11pm at temporary traffic lights between Dinmore Manor Lane and Auberrow Lane in Wellington.
Three vehicles were involved, a Hynudai Tuscon which was travelling south bound and a Vauxhall Corsa and a Mercedes Vito Van which were travelling north bound.
Four people were injured including a woman with serious injuries. All four were taken to hospital.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service added:
“We were called at 11.07pm to a road traffic collision involving two cars and a van on A49 from Queenswood to Dinmore.
“Two ambulances and a paramedic officer attended the scene. Upon arrival we found two patients, a man and a woman who were the drivers of the cars.
“The woman was assessed and had sustained potentially serious injuries. She received treatment from ambulance staff at the scene and was conveyed to Hereford County Hospital under emergency blue light conditions for further treatment.
“The man was assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious.
“He received treatment at the scene before being conveyed to Hereford County Hospital.
“The driver of the van did not require treatment from ambulance staff.”
