Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a collision in Herefordshire last night. (4th September)

The collision occurred at around 5.40pm on the A40 from Pencraig to Goodrich, involving a HGV and a pedestrian.

A 49-year-old man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
