Officers are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a pedestrian and a car on Silver Street in Worcester.
The collision occurred on Wednesday 22 October around 8am when a man in his 80s was struck by a car which was travelling towards City Walls Road.
It was initially thought that the man had suffered minor injuries, however, he sadly passed away the following week in hospital.
Police are now appealing for witnesses and ask that anyone with information contacts the Serious Collision Investigation Unit by emailing sciusouth@westmercia.police.uk.
