A police appeal has been launched following a barbaric attack on a pig on the Herefordshire border with Worcestershire.
Yolande Doughty wrote the following on Facebook:
“I can’t quite believe that I’m writing this.
“In the early hours of 22-03-23, my sweet, lovely Holly was killed in the most horrific, barbaric manner while she was sleeping in her shelter.
“She was then dragged from her shelter, across the field to where she was then lifted over the fence and taken.
“We are utterly shocked and devastated that this most heinous act has happened.
“If anyone has any information whatsoever that would lead to finding the sub humans who carried out this horrific crime, then please contact either myself or the police. Quoting Crime No 22/27491/23
“There is a substantial reward on offer.”
