Officers investigating a fatal collision on the A46 in Worcestershire are appealing for witnesses.

The collision happened yesterday (Saturday 27 July) at around 5.30pm in Evesham, near to the junction for Badsey Road on the A46.

The incident involved a black BMW 330 D Sport, which left the road before colliding with a hedgerow.

Emergency services attended, where a 39-year-old man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Three men, aged 29, 34 and 36, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, and driving under the influence. All three remain in police custody as enquiries continue.
