West Mercia Police are appealing for witnesses following a suspicious incident in a Herefordshire village.
The incident occurred in Holme Lacy.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“We would like to make you aware of a suspicious vehicle in the area of RIVER VIEW CLOSE, HOLME LACY.
“The vehicle was seen yesterday, 13/06/2024, at approximately 21:20 HOURS, driving very slowly around the neighbourhood.
“The vehicle was then seen again at 21:40 HOURS, still in the area. The vehicle was described as a BMW in green.
“When challenged by a resident, the driver wanted to know where they could buy cigarettes. It was said there were 3 males in their 50’s in the vehicle.
“Please ensure that all your valuables are locked away, out of sight. If you see anything suspicious, please report this to the Police.”
