Land Rover Defenders are particularly susceptible to theft so owners are encouraged to fit aftermarket security devices such as pedal locks and trackers as well as taking measures to protect the vehicle from being attacked for parts to be stolen. These measures include the fitting of security hinges on doors and bonnets, security marking / etching and parking the vehicle out of sight in areas protected by security lights and CCTV.

Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime.
