Officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Mortimers Cross on Friday 14 April.
The collision happened on the A4110 at Mortimers Cross in Herefordshire at around 7.15pm involving a grey Audi A1 and a Silver Land Rover Discovery.
The four occupants of the Audi suffered serious injuries and were taken to the Queen Elizabeth and Hereford hospitals.
The driver of the Land Rover suffered minor injuries and was treated at Hereford hospital.
