West Mercia Police are appealing following a number of burglaries in the Leominster area.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:

“We are appealing to the  community  for information following a number of burglaries within the area of Newtown Lane / Ivington, Leominster. 

“The burglary happened in the early hours of the morning of Monday 15th August 2022 whereby a number of equipment has been stolen. 

“3 x STIHL Chainsaws, 2 x Husqvarna, 1 x STIHL Top Handle. 1 x STIHL Pole Saw 1 x Makita Disc Cutter. Timberwolf 150 Wood Chipper and Yamaha Bruin 350cc Quad 

“Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact us online, quoting incident number XX of XXXX.

“If you aren’t comfortable contacting us directly, you can pass on information anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website: www.crimestoppers-uk.org
