West Mercia Police are appealing for information after two males were seen acting suspiciously in a Herefordshire village.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:

“We have received numerous reports of shed break in’s that have occurred on the evening of Sunday 23rd October in the Tillington area, close to Tillington Common. 

“Numerous sheds have either been broken in to or an attempt has been made. We estimate that this has happened sometime between 2100hrs – 2200hrs.

“A black VW Golf with 2 males sat in it was seen a little bit earlier on in the evening parked up on the side of Tillington Road near to St Marys Park, Burghill. 

“The same vehicle was then spotted close to Tillington Common not long before the estimated time of the shed breaks.

“Fortunately for all but one of the victims, no one had anything stolen.

“Your safer neighbourhood team are increasing patrols in the area over the next few weeks but please make sure that your sheds/outbuildings are secure as possible and please remain vigilant.
