West Mercia Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident in a Herefordshire village.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Today we have been informed that over the last week there has been 2 incidents whereby items such as: Cat Litter, Animal Faeces, sawdust and sand have been either thrown at or over parked cars in the WYSON LANE/WYSON AVENUE area of Brimfield.
“In addition a traffic cone was also thrown onto one of the residents driveways.
It is not clear as to why this behaviour has started but it is disgusting to find for anyone.
“Leominster Safer Neighbourhood Team will be increasing patrols in the area but can all residents be extra vigilant at this time and if you have any concerns over similar behaviour, persons in the area or information that may help the police to identify person(s) involved, please contact the police on 101 or Leominster.snt@westmercia.police.uk”
