Officers are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the A5 Holyhead Road near Nescliffe, Shropshire in the early hours of this morning.
At around 3.15am a Vauxhall Astra and a lorry collided. The driver of the Astra, a 23-year-old man, sadly died at the scene.
A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and remains in police custody.
