Plans have been submitted to Herefordshire Council to add an additional two floors to a building in Hereford.
The building in Eign Gate that used to be home to BrightHouse has sat empty for several months and developers hope to turn the building into student accommodation for use by NMite.
The planning application form for 39 Eign Gate states:
“Addition of 2 new floors to form residential accommodation providing 2 houses of multiple occupancy that would be available for use by NMiTE.”
The plans are one of several for student accommodation in Hereford, including plans for a second new building at Station Approach.
