Herefordshire Council has approved a planning application for new wall insulation, refenestration, a roof replacement with new warm roof construction, including removal of existing chimneys and associated works at The Oval in Hereford.
This area of Hereford has seen major changes over recent years, with flats in the surrounding area replaced by housing following a partnership between Keepmoat and Herefordshire Housing.
The plans for The Oval were submitted in November 2020 and must be completed within three years of the approval date (February 2021).
