A planning application has been submitted to redevelop the upper floors of a new restaurant in Hereford into student accommodation.
The planning application for the Exchange Public House in Hereford states:
“Proposed refurbishment and upgrade, including bi-fold doors to front and dormer to roof at rear. Conversion of part of upper floor levels into 5 bed HMO student accommodation and 1 no. studio flat.”
This planning application follows news that a new restaurant / bar will be opening in the ground floor section of the building that was previous occupied by the Exchange.
The Jam Factory is expected to open this summer and promises plenty of excitement for this area of the city.
