A planning application has been submitted, for the construction of a brand new two storey health hub on the outskirts of a Herefordshire market town.
The plans include an application for the erection of a two storey health hub (Use Class E) including an integrated pharmacy and related cycle storage, parking, servicing, landscaping, drainage and associated infrastructure works. The location of the new two storey health hub would be just off Mill Street in Leominster.
The proposed opening hours of the new health centre are 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, with weekend opening from 8am to 1pm. The on site pharmacy would be open between the hours of 7.30am to 7pm from Monday to Friday, with weekend opening of 7.30am to 7pm (Including Bank Holidays).
The plans include 87 parking spaces, of which 9 would be allocated as disability spaces.
