Police in Hereford are warning people that Careless Cycling is an offence. It’s also dangerous.
On Monday the 21st of September a pedestrian was struck by a cyclist in Commercial Road. The pedestrian was taken to hospital with a shoulder injury. The cyclist has been reported for summons. The penalty for careless cycling is up to a £1000 fine.
