Parts of Ross-on-Wye town centre were cordoned off on Monday evening, following an incident in the town centre.
Market Place and Broad Street were cordoned off after emergency services were called to a chimney fire at the Crown & Sceptre pub.
The incident occurred at around 10pm.
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service and West Mercia Police attended the incident.
The fire was quickly extinguished.
There were no reports of any casualties.
The roads have since reopened.
