Parts of Hereford city centre are without power this morning, with outdoor coffee shops and other retailers suffering a power loss.
The majority of retail stores remain unaffected except for a very small number but The Coffee Cart and other outdoor traders are currently unable to serve customers. As of 8.15am, no estimated time has been given as to when power may be restored.
