Emergency services were called to a medical emergency in Hereford this lunchtime.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service told Your Herefordshire:
“We were called to a medical emergency on Union Street in Hereford just before 1pm.
“A paramedic officer arrived on scene in 6 minutes and was followed shortly after by two ambulances.
“On arrival, crews found a man in a critical condition receiving basic life support from a member of the public.
“Ambulance staff immediately began administering advanced life support before he was conveyed to Hereford County Hospital for further treatment.”
