Over two inches of rain was recorded in Hereford yesterday evening, as storms battered the county following several days of temperatures at or around 30c.
Several roads were flooded, included the Asda roundabout and Asda itself and Tesco in Bewell Street were both forced to close temporarily due to roof leaks.
The emergency services were called to a high number of incidents, with H&W Fire reporting that a number of properties had experienced flash flooding.
