Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service were called to a fire at a residential flat in Ledbury late on Friday evening.
Crews attended the incident, with West Midlands Ambulance Service also called to treat one casualty.
On arrival, fire crews found the property smoke logged.
Crews from Ledbury and Malvern attended the incident.
