One person has been taken to hospital after a tree fell on a car in Herefordshire overnight.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service told Your Herefordshire:
“We were called to reports of a tree falling and hitting a car at around 12.45am this morning on the A44 at Lyonshall near Kington in Herefordshire.
“A paramedic officer was initially sent to the scene. Firefighters assisted in freeing the woman from the car. She was assessed at the scene and had suffered only minor injuries. The officer transported her to Hereford County Hospital as a precaution for further assessment.”
