Officers are appealing for witnesses of criminal damage that took place in the Forest of Dean last week where the windscreen of a van was smashed.

Police were contacted at 6.30am on Wednesday 20 October with a report of a van windscreen having been smashed with a rock overnight.

It is believed the incident, which happened on Heywood Road in Cinderford, took place sometime between 10pm on Tuesday (19 October) and 6.30am on Wednesday (20 October). However, it is believed it may have taken place around 11pm on Tuesday night.
