Public Health England have confirmed that 9 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Herefordshire, taking the total number of cases recorded in the county since the start of the outbreak to 2,339. Last Monday, 35 new cases of the virus were recorded in Herefordshire.
229 new cases of the virus have been confirmed over the past seven days in Herefordshire.
The UK has recorded another 11,299 coronavirus cases and 608 related deaths in the past 24 hours – the highest daily total for deaths since 12 May.
