A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a serious collision in Leominster this afternoon.
The collision occurred in the Bargates area of the market town and West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service both attended.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“We were called at 2.30pm today to an accident involving two cars and a motorbike in West Street in the Bargates area of Leominster.
“The motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham with a serious leg injury.
“One lane of the road was blocked near the Taste of India restaurant and we are still at the scene while the vehicles are being recovered.”
