Morrisons has announced that it will extend its 10% discount for NHS workers until the end of 2021, further committing itself to supporting our health workers during the pandemic.

The news comes despite the company recording a profit of £200 million, which is 50% down on the previous financial year.

The company which has stores in Hereford, Ross-on-Wye and Leominster has supported thousands of key workers throughout the pandemic by providing discounts to workers from sectors such as the NHS, carers and teachers.

The company has also provided support for local food banks and provided free food for struggling families in support of Marcus Rashford’s campaign.
