On Sunday 27th April at 9am Ryan , Charlie and Helen – will be taking on the challenge of running a virtual marathon in sync with the London marathon. Instead of pounding the city streets, they will be running the marathon on treadmills at Halo Hereford Leisure Pool in St Martins Avenue.

Ryan told us

“Each of us has a personal story and heartfelt reasons for supporting this cause. Together we’re raising both funds and awareness for Herefordshire Mind , a local charity that provides crucial mental health support in our community. From tackling the tragic rise in young lives lost to suicide , offering a lifeline to those struggling alone , to helping veterans navigate life after service we want to make a difference.

For over 40 years , Herefordshire Mind has been a beacon of hope , offering support to those living with mental health challenges. As an independent local charity affiliated with the national mind network , they run a safe haven for people suffering emotional crises every evening all year round. Their invaluable work also includes counselling , peer support , art and music groups , supported housing , local service navigation and support in the community.

Your donation will directly support these life- changing services and help Herefordshire Mind continue their mission of ensuring no one in Herefordshire need face a mental health problem alone.

Join us in making every step count! Together , we can bring light to those who need it most. No donation is too small – every penny helps.

Thank you for your support”
