McDonald’s has announced the permanent removal of two items from its breakfast menu at restaurants across the United Kingdom and its not gone down well with everyone!
An update from McDonald’s this morning said:
The decision to remove Breakfast Bagels and Breakfast Wraps from its menus was met with a mixed response on social media, with one person saying, “well at least I’ll save some money. No bagels, no interest!”
Another person commented on the McDonald’s Facebook post and said, “Bagel was 100% better than the muffins. This is a sad day.”
McDonald’s has two restaurants in Herefordshire, both located in Hereford. Plans have been submitted for a Drive-Thru restaurant in Ross-on-Wye but these plans have been opposed by hundreds of local residents.
