Your Herefordshire has received a report of a collision on the A44 (Leominster to Bromyard Road) near Leominster.
The road is closed in both directions.
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are in attendance.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route for the time being.
