West Mercia Police have confirmed that a major route into Hereford is CLOSED this morning following an incident.
Police are advising motorists to find an alternative route after the A438 (Hereford to Brecon Road) was closed at Swainshill.
West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are both at the scene and the road may remain closed for some time due to the incident.
The Environmental Protection Unit is also at the scene following a collision between two LGV’s.
