Motorists are advised to expect disruption with a major route in Hereford set to be closed in January.

The closure will be in force on the A4103 (Roman Road) in Hereford, with the road closed Eastbound from the Starting Gate roundabout to Green Wilding Road.

The road will remain open for motorists travelling Westbound.

Access will also be made available for local residents during the works.

The closure will be in force during the day and overnight from 2nd January 2024 – 7th January 2024.

The closure is in force so that National Grid can continue to carry out work in the area.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead, with disruption likely.

The closure is expected to cause extra traffic on the A49 and other surrounding routes in the city.
