A serious collision is blocking the road between the A438 Kings Acre Road and the A4103 (Stretton Sugwas / Credenhill) near Wyevale.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and the Air Ambulance are all in attendance at the incident near the Hereford Garden Centre (Wyevale).
The road is expected to remain closed for some time and motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
