The main Hereford to Worcester Road (A4103) is likely to remain closed for several hours, after a lorry left the road.
The incident has occurred near Castle Frome.
West Mercia Police are in attendance, and have said that the road is likely to remain closed for several hours, whilst recovery of the lorry is organised.
Police said that the lorry left the road due to flooding and mud in the area.
Parts of Herefordshire and Worcestershire saw significant flooding on Friday, as Storm Babet brought torrential rain to the area.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
