There is a large police presence near Hereford County Hospital this afternoon.
Several police cars are positioned on Stonebow Road, near Hereford County Hospital and KFC.
Officers have also been seen in the nearby area.
The road remains open and access to Hereford County Hospital remains open as normal.
Commercial Road also remains open as usual.
