The following message is from Lady Hawkins’ School:
We are happy to announce that LHS will be reopening to ALL students tomorrow (Friday 26th March).
The further tests carried out showed that there were in fact no positive cases of COVID 19 in LHS, allowing us to stop the self-isolation of staff and students. We appreciate this has been a difficult and frustrating week for many, but believe that in following the advice we were given by Herefordshire Council we put the safety of our school community first and this must always be paramount.
Please be assured that we are reviewing all of the actions taken this week to ensure we use this as a learning experience, should we be faced with a similar situation again.
