The opening hours at Herefordshire’s Household Waste and Recycling Centre’s have changed, due to us now entering the autumn and winter.

Herefordshire has Household Waste and Recycling Centre’s in Hereford, Leominster, Bromyard, Kington, Ross-on-Wye and Ledbury.

The new times can be found by visiting – https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/rubbish-recycling/household-waste-recycling-centres

Household recycling centres may only be used by Herefordshire residents to dispose of their own household waste.

Only household waste is accepted at sites – no traders or business waste.

Soil improver/compost is available to purchase by card only. Cash is not accepted at any of the recycling centres.

Check if you need a commercial vehicle or trailer permit.

Check times and book online before you visit any household recycling centres.

You will need to have your online pass to show on arrival.

By bicycle: Residents can access any of Herefordshire’s recycling centres in the same way as a motorised vehicle.

On foot: Pedestrian access for residents is permitted at Kington, Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye.

People arriving by bicycle or foot will still need to book a slot like motorists.
