Herefordshire is trending on Twitter this afternoon and it’s all gone a bit crazy because of a tweet by Quentin Letts.
Quentin tweeted the following:
However, this has been quickly dispelled as a myth by local people and organisations.
The Herefordshire FA have also confirmed that the tweet shared by Quentin is untrue.
However, the problem at times with social media is that these tweets can get out of hand. Quentin’s tweet is already trending and has received over 1,000 quoted retweets and hundreds of comments.
