The Herefordshire 4×4 Response Group were busy supporting Hereford Round Table on Saturday evening, by ensuring that motorists were able to get out of a muddy field following the fireworks show.
In a post on Facebook, the Herefordshire 4×4 Response Group said:
âTonight our team have been at the Hereford Roundtable Firework Display assisting with getting motorists off the site.â
Thousands attended the show that was held at the Livestock Market on Roman Road, after the event was moved from Hereford Racecourse.
A number of people have since reported that they were turned away from the event, despite having tickets.
It was one of a number of firework events that took place across the county, with the community firework show taking place at Tupsley Quarry and other similar events in villages across the area.
