Hereford & Worcester Fire Service have confirmed the news that earlier this week Firefighter Matthew Lee was tragically killed in a traffic accident.
“Matthew was a well known and respected member of the Wyre Forest team,” said CFO Jon Pryce.
“Our thoughts and condolences go to his family, friends and colleagues.”
Since Matthew’s death, tributes have been pouring in across social media.
