Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service have provided an update following an incident in Sutton St Nicholas.
A spokesperson for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service told Your Herefordshire:
“Two Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Hereford Fire Station were called at 12:12pm on 13 August to a fire in the open in Sutton St Nicholas.
“A fire in a hedgerow, around 20m by 5m, had spread to a low voltage electric pylon and was extinguished using two hosereel jets augmented by a hydrant.
“There were no casualties and no other emergency services were required. Crews remain at the scene.”
