Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service have provided an update on a call out to the Premier Inn at Starting Gate in Hereford overnight.
One crew attended the incident following an automatic fire alarm activating.
A spokesperson for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service told Your Herefordshire:
“A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Hereford Fire Station was called at 23:45 on 4 March to an automatic fire alarm activating at a property in Holmer Road, Hereford.
“A thorough investigation of the roof void was carried out using a thermal imaging camera but there was no sign of fire.
“The incident was marked as pending closure at 00:25.”
