Hereford Medical Group has issued an update for patients, due to COVID-19 affecting staff numbers.

A post shared by Hereford Medical Group on Facebook earlier this morning said:

“Due to Covid-19 related sickness our Duty Team who deal with urgent, on the day, appointments has reduced staffing.

“This has had an impact on our capacity and we ask that patients only contact us if their issue is urgent for today. Our reception staffing levels have also been impacted, please be kind when contacting the Practice via telephone.

“Patients can book a limited selection of appointments via the NHS app and can also complete an Online Consult form for routine issues: https://www.online-consult.co.uk/org/hereford-medical-group
