Hereford BID has taken to social media to warn people of a recent increase in reports of delivery drivers stealing customers food in Hereford.
In a post on social media, Hereford BID said:
“We’ve received a growing number of reports about app-based delivery drivers stealing customer food.
“This issue is extremely harmful to businesses, as it leads to increased wastage costs and risks damaging your reputation through negative reviews from customers who never received their orders.
“Hereford BID and DISC are here to support you.
“You can now report the Delivery driver profiles of the offenders via the DISC platform.
“This helps warn other businesses of untrust-worthy drivers and acts as a deterrent to prevent future theft.

“Let’s work together to protect our businesses and ensure customers receive the service they expect.
