Herefordshire’s COVID-19 infection rate has significantly fallen, with many parts of the county recording less than three cases in the seven days ending 3rd March.

Herefordshire’s COVID-19 infection rate is currently 37.3 cases per 100,000 population. This is a decrease on last week when the COVID-19 infection rate in the county was at 76.8 cases per 100,000 population.
Worcestershire’s COVID-19 infection rate has fallen. Data shows an infection rate of 83.8 cases per 100,000 population. This is a decrease on last week when the COVID-19 infection rate in Worcestershire was at 133.9 cases per 100,000 population.
Shropshire’s COVID-19 infection rate has fallen. Data shows an infection rate of 50.4 cases per 100,000 population. This is a decrease on the 108 cases per 100,000 population recorded just a week ago.
Gloucestershire’s COVID-19 infection rate has one of the lowest COVID-19 infection rates in England. Data shows an infection rate of 30.5 cases per 100,000 population. This is a decrease on the 43.3 cases per 100,000 population that was recorded a week ago.
Monmouthshire’s COVID-19 infection rate has fallen. Data shows an infection rate of 29.6 cases per 100,000 population. This is down on a week ago when the COVID-19 infection rate was at 55 cases per 100,000 population.
Powys COVID-19 infection rate is falling. Data shows an infection rate of 44.6 cases per 100,000 population. This is down on the 64.9 cases per 100,000 population that was recorded a week ago.
