Police officers in Hereford received a call at just after 8am on Sunday morning saying that a supermarket delivery van had been stolen from the River View area of Putson in Hereford. The van was quickly found abandoned in farmland just outside the city and two people were arrested for theft and drink driving.
Officers in Worcestershire stumbled across a cannabis grow. Two people found themselves in police custody after the discovery.
On Saturday evening, Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service crews from Hereford Fire Station were called to a chimney fire in the village of Weobley.
