A band of showers is spreading from west to east and will cross over Herefordshire between 1pm-3pm this afternoon. Some of the showers will be torrential in places with the odd rumble of thunder possible. Things should clear up before dusk.
Further rain is expected over the coming days with colder weather expected for a time with some overnight frosts likely.
