Hairdressers and barbers will be allowed to reopen from Monday, as lockdown easing continues in Wales.
First Minister Mark Drakeford will announce the next stage of lockdown easing in Wales in a press conference at 12.30pm today. All primary school pupils will return to school from Monday and the ‘stay at home’ message will be lifted with four people from two households allowed to meet outdoors, including in private gardens.
Golf courses and other outdoor sports facilities will be allowed to reopen from this weekend and some non-essential retailers can plan to reopen from 22nd March with all shops and services expected to reopen on 12th April.
A further review of the restrictions will be announced on 2nd April, with further details on the reopening of hospitality and other sectors expected on this date.
